Larry Brannin
Hi, my name is Larry Brannin! You may remember me as the Kentucky Baptist Convention Media Production Director for 25 years. In addition to my media production functions, one of the things that I was most proud of was being able to work with the churches and media tech teams at KBC churches to help solve some of their most puzzling issues. It was always great to work together to help solve problems and find solutions.
Now that I am retired, that desire has not wained. A friend of mine, Andrew Dharamsey, and I began discussing the fact that there are many churches still in need of assistance. This combined with the fact that a lot of churches out there have outdated A/V equipment sitting in the back room that they'd love to get rid of!
We think we have an answer to both of those issues. We are looking to start a new group that will allow a Win-Win for your media ministry. If you have a technical issue at your church that you cannot solve, we would like you to join us in beginning a new service called the Kentucky Baptist Media Group (KBMG).

Within this new group, you will be able to join, post your question, and hopefully find someone else who may be able to provide an answer. Perhaps you have an audio or video question. Perhaps you have a lighting question? A streaming question? Or even just general questions about tech? We hope you will turn to the group to find answers! Andrew and I will be there to moderate the group and hopefully connect people from all Kentucky Baptist Convention churches to find answers to your probing questions.
In addition, if you have gently used equipment that you would like to get rid of, perhaps there is a Kentucky Baptist Church in need of that equipment . Our goal here is to connect the two of you together. If you would like to offer, trade, or received equipment, all you have to do is join the group and tell us what you’d like to have or tell us what you have to offer. Either way we want KBC churches to get together so that any equipment that you might need, you can find! Our goal is to get the communication flowing so that both needs can be met!
